FRIGHTSHOW CLASSICS "Valley of the Titans" Coming Soon!
While we are waiting on “The Night Chicago Died” to wrap, let’s take a look at our other Summer release, the “Valley of the Titans”…
This fantastically fun adventure module by Richard Ravalli (Yeti Spaghetti himself) features artwork by Dell Harris on the cover, interior art by Felipe Faria, and cartography by Tiffany Munro. We have to say that each did an amazing job with their part and we can’t wait to get this one in your hands!
In the late 19th century American Southwest, reports spread like wildfire of dragons preying upon local communities. Enormous beasts resembling winged dinosaurs are credited with harassing rural workers and even attacking trolley cars steaming through the barren desert. It’s hard to know if these published accounts are just “tall tales” that newspapers often use to entice readers, or if there might be some truth to the legends.
You’re about to find out for yourself if these reports are all too real. One such sudden attack near the town of Tombstone, Arizona precipitates your search for a dragon. But will you and your posse be able to handle the deadly environs of the American Southwest, and what other kinds of hidden threats await you in the “Valley of the Titans”?
This historical adventure module is set in the Old West, in and around Tombstone, Arizona in 1890. While written as a solo scenario, it contains ample information on running it more traditionally for a group as well as containing additional elements that could be added to the adventure to make it more of a campaign. We can’t wait to see what enterprising Fright Masters do with this one!
Keep a watch out for these exciting releases soon! Our intention is to release “Valley of the Titans” alongside “The Night Chicago Died”, but depending on how much longer we’re waiting on “Chicago” we might just get “Valley” out in digital format first. Regardless, both adventure modules will release in physical format (premium, professionally printed, saddle-stitched softcovers) together.
